Hi all, I see a lot of familiar names from Z1OC. Jeff from Z1 Enterprises invited me over here. I 'm only on my second Z1 a 75 B that I have owned since 1985. I'm the third owner, went to school with the original owner and he sold it to a good buddy of mine in 1978. I bought it from him in 1985.
I bought my first one in 1978 a 74 Z1-A and sold it in 1982, so I was Zless for three years. I also have a 74 all apart at the present that I'll get to someday. I have just about all the parts for it. I've restored 3 75's in the past 4 years for a friend of mine and they all ended up in Australia.

Thanks for the welcomes stevieB and Mcdroid. I restoring one at the present a 75 for the same guy that sold the last three that headed your way stevie. I have the frame in primer and he is polishing up the engine. It's getting a lot of new parts, wiring harness and a lot of bolts and rubber parts anything else will most likely be repainted. The bodywork is out getting painted original colors, candy super red and the stripes painted on too, no decals. The same guy painted the other two 75's in candy super blue and did an excellent job on both of them, matched the stripes perfectly. The 73 he had got all new PMC bodywork from Jeff at Z1 enterprises. They make an excellent reproduction of the painted bodywork. Ride safe, Rick

Nice bikes Rick!
Surprising (or maybe not so surprising?) how many of these bikes are coming to Oz. I know of two '73's that have turned up just in our little neck of the woods here in Tassie, and one is about to be resold with a view to bringing in two more '73's.
